Marquis Place is a gated luxury condominium community for active adults located in Murrysville, PA.  Exclusive and sophisticated, Marquis Place encompasses maintenance free living with numerous amenities, including a putting green, swimming pool, walking trails, private clubhouse, fully equipped fitness center, and exquisite residencies.  Marquis Place was developed and constructed by KACIN Companies, which has been producing upscale communities since the early 1960s. Owned by A. Richard Kacin, KACIN has built more than 1,500 homes and condominium complexes in Westmoreland and Allegheny Counties.

A beautiful feature of Marquis Place is the clubhouse, which provides residents with a picturesque place to entertain and more. During construction, Bruce Corna, Vice President of KACIN Companies, knew that to get custom casework on time and on budget, he could rely on one company: V-Line. 

V-Line's casework plays a significant part of the prestigious appearance of the private clubhouse, as they built custom cabinets in the kitchen, a custom bar, and built-in bookshelves in the library, along with any other custom casework in the clubhouse.
